OCTOBER 15
The Collective Memory Project, where 15 artEAST artists honor citizens who’ve help shape the community by telling their stories through the form of visual art, has been extended through Oct. 25 at the UpFront Gallery, 48 Front St. N. Go to www.arteast.org.
Village Theatre presents the musical, “Saint Heaven,” through Oct. 26. Tickets are $18 – $58 and available by calling 392-2202 or going online to www.villagetheatre.org.

Sammamish artist Josh Rawlings debuts his trio’s new jazz album, “Climbing Stairs,” at 7:45 p.m. at Bake’s Place, 4135 Providence Point Drive. S.E. Tickets are $44.50 for dinner and the show; performance only is $17. Call 391-3335.

The eighth annual Youth Education Luncheon, featuring master of ceremonies Dave Ross, of NewsTalk 97.3 KIRO, is from noon – 1 p.m. at the Meydenbauer Center, 11100 N.E. Sixth St., Bellevue. The luncheon will support Village Theatre’s youth education scholarships and free arts education programs. There is a suggested $125 donation for tickets. For reservations, call 392-1942, ext. 151.

ArtEAST hosts Auction 2008 at The Golf Club at Newcastle, 15500 Six Penny Lane, Newcastle. Meet the artists and join live and silent auctions emceed by auctioneers Pat and Chris Cashman to benefit the Issaquah arts community. Check-in starts at 5 p.m.; silent auction at 5:30 p.m.; dinner at 6:30 p.m.; live auction at 7 p.m. Tickets are $95 per person or $1,000 per table of 10. Go to www.arteast.org.
