Two local men have been arrested in connection with the armed robbery of an Issaquah convenience store.
At about 7:26 p.m. Thursday, Issaquah Police responded to the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred at the AM/PM convenience store, 1403 N.W. Sammamish Road.
A male entered the store and demanded money from the employee, police said. The robber was armed with what appeared to be a handgun. The employee refused to give the robber any money.
The suspect left the store and was seen leaving with another male in a white Toyota 4 Runner. Issaquah Officers later found the vehicle and took the two suspects into custody without incident.
The suspects are 19- and 25-year-old men, both from Issaquah. Both suspects are currently being held in the King County Jail for investigation of robbery.
