Demonstrations showcase ‘artists in action’

More than a dozen artists will demonstrate their techniques and share their talent and enthusiasm for the arts during the downtown “Artists in Action” event from 5-8 p.m. Nov. 21.

The free event is sponsored by ArtEAST, the city, Issaquah Arts Commission, DownTown Issaquah Association, Issaquah History Museums, 4Culture and the participating artists.

“Artists in Action” takes place at:

The Arts Commission seeks to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors by supporting and encouraging visual and performing arts in and for the community.

ArtEAST, a nonprofit organization made up of artists and art supporters, is also dedicated to making the arts an integral part of life in the community.
