		<description>If the language of the record of decision is to be political, as council members butler and barber would prefer, then let&#039;s disclose ALL of the political issues associated with this project, such as: 

the people who do not even live in issaquah who spent money in the form of large campaign contributions to pro-bypass council members over the last 10 years; 

the people in issaquah who have spoken in favor of the bypass without ever having read the reports; 

the people who spoke in favor of the bypass without reading, objectively, the documentation that shows: water flowing uphill; maps that failed to show long-standing homes and other structures; erroneous and out-dated air quality and noise reports.

the people in issaquah who were in favor of the bypass because they would gain financially.

Yes, if this really was a political decision, then let&#039;s disclose ALL of the politics that were involved.  that alone ought to be enough to demonstrate how ill-conceived and unscientific this whole bypass idea is.</description>
