High wind warning is still in effect; power outages possible

The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning that is in effect until 1 p.m. Sunday. The forecast is calling for snow and ice in the city over the next 24 hours as well.

Drivers who get stuck should not abandon their cars, which will be towed. If you leave your car and return to find it gone from where you left it, call the police department at 837-3200.
