He says “There is almost a disincentive for a good nurse to go teach.” Why "almost'? This is a real disincentive. Even instructors have bills to pay. To be a good nursing instructor, you need to be both a good nurse and a good instructor. We must recognize that these are rare and talented people and we should pay them accordingly.
