Principal Marla Erath and Issaquah Masonic Lodge’s Bill Werner presented new bicycles to Jun Yong Jung and Nida Phengkhanya in a short ceremony at Apollo Elementary School on Jan. 13. As part of Myrtle Lodge No. 108′s ongoing commitment with the Issaquah School District, these two students earned their new bikes for participating in the Reading Program and writing short essays demonstrating their comprehension. Nearly 30 students participated in the program this fall. Two more new bikes will be presented near the end of the school year.
