Issaquah School District to graduate 1,129 students

Congratulations to the 1,129 graduates of the class of 2009. Each of the district’s four high schools — Issaquah, Liberty, Skyline and Tiger Mountain Community— as well as the district’s community-based transition program for special-needs students, will have commencement celebrations next week. Photo coverage of graduation day will be presented in a keepsake special section in The Issaquah Press on June 17.

Issaquah School District Board member Connie Fletcher will accept the class.

Issaquah High School

5 p.m. June 9

Senior Austin O’Neil and teacher Josh Moore will speak.

Issaquah School District Board member Brian Deagle will accept the class.

Liberty High School

275 graduates

8 p.m. June 9

Safeco Field

Senior Malcolm Dike and teacher Mark Buchli will speak.

Issaquah School District Board member Connie Fletcher will accept the class.

Tiger Mountain Community High School

21 graduates

6 p.m. June 11

Tiger Mountain Community High School

Seniors Eliana Pearl and Christina Reddy will speak.

Issaquah School District Board member Chad Magendanz will accept the class.
