Dephine Ann Westlake, formerly of Preston, died June 21, 2009, at Honey Dew Adult family home in Renton. She was 81.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 26, at Raging River Community Church in Preston. Private burial was held at Preston Cemetery.
