Acapulco Fresh Mexican Grill, 1480 N.W. Gilman Blvd., unexpectedly closed earlier this week.
According to Acapulco Fresh employees at the Redmond and Sammamish locations, the Issaquah restaurant closed Wednesday.
By Friday afternoon, plastic sheets and a for-sale sign from JSH Properties, Inc. covered the windows and made it difficult to tell if remnants of the restaurant’s décor remained in the space.
A sign listing the hours of operations hung on the entrance, but no other messages were left for would-be customers.

The restaurant served fresh American-Mexican favorites, including burritos and tostada salads.
The other Eastside locations are in Redmond, 16330 Cleveland St., and Sammamish, 22830 N.E. Eighth St. The locations remain open, employees at the respective stores said.

Looks like the sammamish and redmond Acapulco Fresh are at least temporarily gone too. the Sammamish has been closed with no sign or anything on the door indicating what is going on, and the redmond store has a sing “Closed for Maintenance” on the door. but the sammamish location has been closed for over a month now.
Acapulco Fresh alive and well in Kenmore! Yay!
