Jamba Juice offers smoothies for a buck Thursday

Jamba Juice offers a chance for customers to put some zing into their daily routines Thursday.
The chain has coffee and tea smoothies for $1. The offer is limited to one per customer.
Jamba Juice has stores in Issaquah at 6160 E. Lake Sammamish Parkway S.E. and inside Safeway at 735 N.W. Gilman Blvd.
Jamba Juice has ramped up special offers since McDonald’s started offering fruit smoothies last month.
The smoothie chain responded in a tongue-in-cheek promotion for a fictional Cheeseburger Chill smoothie — the unappetizing result of blending a burger and ice.
