Katie Vine and Matthew Bowers
Katy Vine, of Issaquah, and Matthew Bowers, of North Bend, recently announced their engagement to be wed Sept. 12 in Seattle.
Vine, the daughter of Milt and Janet Vine, of Issaquah, graduated from Issaquah High School in 2004. She earned her Master of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Washington in 2009. Vine works as a certified public accountant for KPMG.
Bowers, the son of Mark and Jane Bowers, of North Bend, was home schooled and earned his GED in 2004. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Washington in 2007. Bowers works as a program manager for Zillow.com.
