Local students make WSU honor roll

The following students were recently named to Washington State University’s president’s honor roll for the 2011 spring semester. To qualify, undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine graded hours in a single term and earn a grade point average of 3.75 or earn a 3.5 cumulative grade point average based on 15 cumulative hours of graded work.

Local students make deans’ lists

David Nghiem, of Bellevue, and Minju Lee, of Issaquah, were named to the spring 2011 dean’s list at the University of Science, in Philadelphia. To qualify, a student must have at least a 3.4 grade point average.

Anna Clausen, of Issaquah, was named to the Gonzaga University dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester. To qualify, students must earn a 3.5 or higher grade point average.

Jordan VanDyne, a 2008 graduate of Issaquah High School, was named to the University of San Francisco dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester. To qualify, students must have at least a 3.5 grade point average.

Dean Anderson, of Issaquah, made the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at the University of Montana Western, in Dillon, Mont. To qualify, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.33 or higher.

Justin Spicer, of Issaquah, and Caitlin Evans, of Sammamish, were named to the spring 2011 dean’s list for Ball State University. To qualify, students must earn at least a 3.5 grade point average.
