Skyline boys netters top Issaquah team

The Skyline High School boys tennis team won the No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles matches Oct. 13 en route to a 4-3 KingCo Conference 4A victory against rival Issaquah.
Aman Manji defeated Issaquah’s Evan Cheung, 6-1, 6-2, in the No. 1 singles match. Brayden Hansen and Alex Wu took the No. 1 doubles with a 6-4, 6-4 victory against Issaquah’s John Brendel and Matt Gonn.
Skyline overwhelmed Bothell, 7-0, Oct. 12. Manji won the No. 1 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 victory against Kensa Kawamura. Hansen and Wu captured the No. 1 doubles with a 6-2, 6-3 victory against Alec Barrett and Dane Lindell.
