Eastside Fire & Rescue’s Reindeer Engine and Santa are teaming up to visit Preston from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Volunteers from Preston’s Fire Station 74 have been hosting Santa visits the past 15 years and asking for contributions to their food drive.

Every year, a fire engine is dressed with blinking Christmas lights and a banner wishing residents a safe and happy holiday season. Rudolph and his blinking nose have become so popular that EFR receives inquiries into his schedule through their neighborhoods.

EFR employees volunteer their time to drive through as many areas as possible during their busy holiday schedules. So keep a lookout in the areas of Preston, Carnation, North Bend, Wilderness Rim, Sammamish and Issaquah.

Contribute to the food drive by dropping off a can of food at any EFR fire station.
