Skyline girls basketball team routs Kentlake

The Skyline girls raced to a 19-5 first-quarter lead and cruised to a 71-27 victory against Kentlake Dec. 3 in the Les Schwab Tipoff Classic at Auburn Riverside.
Skyline outscored Kentlake 17-0 in the third quarter.
Rachel Shim sparked Skyline with 18 points. Shelby Kassuba contributed 12 points and Allie Wyszynski had 10 points.
On Nov. 30, Skyline dropped its season opener to visiting Bellevue, 37-34. Megan Wiedeman led Skyline with 17 points and Holly Smith had 10 points.
