Liberty High School’s Logan Briggs entered the school record book again Jan. 5 when he set a new mark in the 200 individual medley. Briggs won the race in a state-qualifying time of 1:56.65 to help the Patriots defeat Sammamish, 114-68.

Briggs holds five individual school records. He has the fastest times in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle. He has also been a member of record-setting 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams.

Teammate Raymond Ha also set a school record earlier this season by winning the 100 breaststroke in 1:00.76.
