David Kinnaman

David Berkeley Kinnaman, longtime resident of Issaquah and Seattle, passed away Aug. 26, 2012.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at Tibbetts Creek Manor, 750 17th Ave. N.W., Issaquah, WA 98027. Family, friends, and members of the fire service are invited to attend.

David was born Aug. 3, 1968, in Warner Robins, Ga., and moved to Issaquah as a young child. He graduated from Issaquah High School in 1986. David began his public service as a volunteer firefighter for the city of Issaquah in 1988; in 1992, he was hired as career firefighter, was promoted to lieutenant in 1997, and then to captain in 1998. David left Eastside Fire & Rescue in 2002.

David is survived by his parents Stephen and Mary Kinnaman; brother Jeffrey Kinnaman and wife Amy; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
