Easy rider
A Suzuki motorcycle was stolen, and the ignition was damaged on a Kawasaki motorcycle, in the 18600 block of Southeast Newport Way before 3:37 p.m. Sept. 1. The estimated loss is $4,700.

Police arrested a 33-year-old Bellevue woman for assault in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue Northwest at 4:36 p.m. Sept. 1.
The color of money
Cash was stolen in the 300 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard before 9:36 a.m. Sept. 2. The estimated loss is $5,000.
Tool time
A window was damaged on a Honda Element parked in the 1600 block of Newport Way Northwest before 3:32 p.m. Sept. 3. A tool bag was stolen from the vehicle. The estimated loss is $220.
Driving under the influence
Police arrested a 30-year-old Bellevue man for driving under the influence in the 7600 block of Renton-Issaquah Road Southeast at 1:29 a.m. Sept. 4.
Give credit where credit is due
A resident in the 21000 block of Northeast Fourth Street said somebody used a credit card stolen from his or her mailbox to make fraudulent purchases before Sept. 7. The estimated loss is more than $3,000.
That’s cold
A woman made a deal with a buyer on craigslist to purchase her old refrigerator. The buyer asked her to ship the appliance to Arizona, and sent her a check to cover the purchase and shipping. When she went to deposit the check, the bank teller told her it was fraudulent.
Vitamin deficiency
Lynnwood police arrested a 32-year-old Seattle man Sept. 12 and realized he carried an insurance card for a Sammamish woman in the 4100 block of 205th Avenue Southeast. She said the insurance card and a package of vitamins had been stolen from her mail and front porch.
Not what the doctor ordered
A Sammamish resident said more than 50 prescription narcotics were stolen from his home, and he suspected a team of movers stole them Sept. 13.
