The Issaquah School Board approved more than $17,000 in donations to local schools Feb. 13.
Most of that money, $11,560, was donated by Jeffrey McKee to support Liberty High School’s boys’ basketball team. The funds will help pay for transportation, uniforms, equipment and supplies.
Sunny Hills Elementary School also got a boost when the PTA there donated $6,000 to help pay for supplies and services for enrichment programs.
