Third generation resident of the Pacific Northwest
What can one say about a father? That he struggled — that he was a man of his generation? Words cannot convey a life lived with love. Stan’s father knew a time of hard men and mines — of Oola and Issaquah — long before he learned of Vashon Vashon — and Foxes. Stan returned to Newport Way, after the war, to raise his boys. For him, it was a place of hope. Soldier Glazer Dancer — He left us — ser mot stjernene. A celebration of life will be held in his honor at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, March 8 at 11 a.m.
