Frank Troutman passed away on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at the age of 89.
A memorial service will be held at the Issaquah Valley Senior Center on Thursday, March 7, at 3 p.m. with reception following.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Troutman Memorial Fund at the senior center or the charity of your choice.
