Issaquah Open Mic Night founder Doug Browning needs your feedback to make his Open Mic Night a success.

Would you like food and drink available? Is parking reasonable? Would you ask a friend to join you at Open Mic Night? These are just a few questions Browning is putting to the public in an effort to enhance the open mic experience for all.

Between 15 to 20 local musicians a night perform family friendly music. Open Mic Night is being held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of every month at the Issaquah Train Depot, 50 Rainier Blvd. N.

What a great way for musicians of all different genres to perform in front of friendly folks, and to connect with one another. Networking is a fabulous way to enhance one’s own musical expertise, from high school students to old rockers, in a rewarding, fun-filled evening! The old train depot is a perfect venue to hold such an event!

The Open Mic Night is a great way to try your hand at performing. It is also wonderful to have a musical event on the eastside and the old train depot works so well! Good listening and a way to participate, too.
