Eric Scott Brolin

Eric was born in Los Angeles, Calif., on Nov. 30, 1959, and passed away after a long period of illness on March 30, 2013.

He graduated from Lafayette High School in Williamsburg, Va. He later moved back to California and then to the Seattle area, where he followed various lines of work, including car rental agent, security officer, golf course maintenance and instruction, and flying helicopters.

Eric will be remembered for his love of family and his passion for flying helicopters and playing golf.

He is survived by his parents, Dorcas and Elmore Brolin, of Issaquah; his sister and brother-in-law Jan and Matt Bozeman, of Granbury, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. April 27, 2013, at Faith United Methodist Church in Issaquah.

    I recall Eric from my high school days in Williamsburg. A wonderful family, the Brolins! My prayers are with the family.
