He was preceded in death by his eldest son Stephen.

Born May 6, 1947, in Beausejour, Manitoba, my father lived a full and complete life riding his Harley, traveling the world and raising a family. After moving to the U.S., he met his future bride at 16 and the two have been inseparable ever since.

My father graduated from Washington State University in 1970 and then ran his own business for more than 20 years, retiring in 1999. Having a special gift of being able to speak with anyone from any walk of life, my father made many friends throughout his life. His love and devotion to his family and friends is unmatched. His guidance, love and support will be dearly missed.

There is no service planned. Please make any remembrances in his honor to esophageal cancer research or the Evergreen Hospice, 12822 124th Lane N.E., Kirkland WA, 98034. Thank you, Dad. Go Cougs!

Sooo many memories from so many past years. Where did it all go? Missing some great neighbors; we had lots of fun together. We send love to Gretchen, Brian & Scott and families.
