What symptoms of spring fever do you have?

Eastside Catholic High School

“I guess it’s more a symptom of senioritis, but I really hate being in school when the weather is so nice out! I have no motivation to do homework or study for tests when I know I could be out enjoying the sun.”

Katie Martin, senior

“Literally or figuratively? Because I have really, really bad allergies in the spring. On a serious level, I’m just itching to get out of school and enjoy my last summer before I go off to college.”

Madison Blackburn, senior

Issaquah High School

“Ever since spring started, I’ve had an extreme desire to enjoy the outdoors, toss the pigskin around and capitalize on the rarely sunny Issaquah!”

Benny Feinsilber, sophomore

“I feel more energetic and optimistic.”

Micalla Peng, senior

Liberty High School

“School just gets tedious and boring sometimes, and when the sun is out there shining, I really want to just get up and leave the classroom.”

Veronica Buck, sophomore

“Failure to put effort into my hair.”

Elizabeth Rutherford, senior

Skyline High School

“Because of the beautiful, sunny weather in Sammamish, it has been super hard to focus and get my work done!”

 Ashmi Chakraborty, sophomore

“The sun makes it hard for me to stay indoors and do my work. I keep staring out the window waiting for a chance to get outside and hang out with friends.”

Sai Reddy, junior
