City invites public to comment on Swedish Hospital expansion Aug. 20

NEW — 1:25 p.m. Aug. 9, 2013

The city’s Urban Village Development Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Aug. 20 regarding the Swedish development agreement.

The purpose of the public hearing is to take public testimony on the proposed Swedish Development Agreement.  The approximate 28-acre property is partially developed with a hospital and is envisioned to allow more medical office space.

Written comments should be directed to the City of Issaquah, Development Services Department, PO Box 1307, Issaquah, WA 98027 in advance of the hearing; or, may be submitted at the hearing.

The Urban Village Development Commission meets at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall South, located at 135 E Sunset Way.

Additional information or copies of the proposed development agreement, and other related documents, are available for review during business hours at the Development Services Department, 1775 12th Ave NW, Issaquah.
