Jean’s last ride was in the White Mountains of Arizona on her third 20-mile horse roundup, when she was 80. To honor her ability and tenacity, the cowboys named her “The Legend.”
The graveside service of remembrance was held at Fall City Cemetery, Fall City, at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 27. As Jean requested, a Celebration of Life will take place afterward.
