Tavon celebrates fifth anniversary with BBQ

Issaquah’s Tavon Center is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a barbecue from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 8.
The Tavon Center, a day program for young adults with disabilities, opened in 2008, and currently provides a caring and productive environment for its 50 patrons. Tavon Center patrons regularly volunteer at Swedish/Issaquah, the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank and at the King County Library System.
