Senior center seeks donations for annual sale

The Issaquah Valley Senior Center is seeking donations for its annual White Elephant Sale.

The center’s biggest fund- raiser of the year takes place during the Salmon Days Festival, Oct. 5-6. Donations for the sale will be accepted up to the event, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the senior center, 75 N.E. Creek Way.

All donations are tax-deductible (except clothing and shoes). Organizers are especially looking for donations of antiques, collectibles, homemade goods and other treasures.

The senior center is a 501(c3) non-profit organization registered with the state of Washington, serving seniors ages 55 and older. Learn more at issyseniors.org or call 392-2381.
