Swap kids’ Halloween costumes

September 17, 2013

A trio of local businesses are partnering with Macaroni Kid to celebrate National Costume Swap Day on Oct. 12.

Families are encouraged to bring gently used children’s costumes to Gilman Village businesses Small Threads for Kids or CleanScapes Store between now and Oct. 11.

In exchange, families will receive a swap ticket to be used from 8-10 a.m. Oct. 12 at Small Threads for Kids. There, children can peruse the selection for a different costume.

Issaquah’s Adventure Kids Playcare is offering a free hour of childcare during the Oct. 12 swap, and Small Threads will offer a 20 percent discount.
