Turkey Trot returns to benefit food bank

The fourth annual Issaquah Turkey Trot to benefit the Issaquah Food Bank is Nov. 28.

The Turkey Trot is a fun and casual 5K with no prizes, bibs, time chips or numbers. All proceeds from registration fees go to the Issaquah Food Bank. Last year, the event raised $27,000. The cost to participate is $25 for runners 11 and older and $7 for children 10 and younger.

The start and finish line is at the city of Issaquah Northwest Building, 1775 12th Ave. N.W. The start is at 9 a.m. and is staggered for runners, joggers and walkers.
