Bartell Drugs presents its 10th annual Salvation Army Toy ‘N’ Joy drive through Dec. 14 to provide holiday gifts for children in need by collecting new, unwrapped toys.

Toy donations will be accepted at Bartell Drugs locations in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. The Issaquah Bartell is at 5700 E. Lake Sammamish Parkway S.E. Toys will be distributed to low-income children and youths the week before Christmas through the Salvation Army’s “toy warehouses.”

The five-week drive in 2012 generated more than 5,400 toy donations with an estimated value of $81,300.

Donation options include:

  • Choose a gift request tag from the Toy ‘N’ Joy display in the store and return the gift to the donation barrel with the tag affixed to it.
  • Donate new, unwrapped gifts appropriate for children up to 14 years of age.
