U.S. Environmental Protection Agency honors Issaquah company with Clean Air Excellence Award

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has honored Issaquah company Tribal Healthy Homes Northwest as one of nine recipients of its 2014 Clean Air Excellence Awards.

The Issaquah-based business was recognized for its efforts to improve tribal indoor air quality.

Tribal Healthy Homes Northwest works to share solutions for healthy, sustainable housing within the tribal community.

The awards program, established in 2000, honors individuals and organizations that have the courage to innovate, serve as pioneers in their fields, advance public understanding of air pollution and improve air quality.
