City of Issaquah
During the Rivers & Streams Board March 18 meeting representatives from Lennar Multifamily presented two maps, the top displaying the current situation under a flood event and the bottom displaying what the projected outcome of redevelopment would offer in a flood event. Lennar expects to more efficiently divert flood water through grading, broadening the bank of Issaquah Creek and building a small canal through the center of the parcel.
