History was made April 27 when Binna, co-owned and bred by Issaquah resident Vali Eberhart, became the first Norwegian Buhund to win a best in show at the Walla Walla Kennel Club.

It was the first best in show for the breed since its introduction of eligible breeds to compete in the American Kennel Club.

Binna, whose full kennel name is GCH CH Jotunn Bella Binna, was handled by Amie McLaughlin and is co-owned by John Bradstreet.
