Include Master Chorus Eastside in your pre-Fourth of July plans.

The vocal ensemble comprised largely of local residents returns to Issaquah for its annual Celebrate America concert.

The concert starts at 3 p.m. June 29 at Pickering Barn, 1730 10th Ave. N.W.

The chorus, led by artistic director and conductor Linda Gingrich, will perform music of all styles surrounding the Independence Day theme. There will be selections from the Colonial, Civil War and civil rights eras, as well as early versions of “The Star Spangled Banner” to recognize the national anthem’s 200th anniversary.

Tickets are $10 to $15 and can be purchased by phone by calling the Master Chorus Eastside office at 392-8446.
