Recycle electronics, donate computers and food at PC Fix event

June 10, 2014

By Staff

The PC Fix, in conjunction with One Green Planet, is hosting a recycling event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 13 at its Issaquah location, 1320 N.W. Mall St.

The company will accept and dispose of nearly all used electronic gear, and will also coordinate with local businesses to pick up used gear for disposal.

It will also accept old computers for donation to local classrooms in need of additional learning materials for students. The company checks out the computers and wipes the hard drive so students can properly use them.

Attendees can also bring food to help the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank keep its shelves stocked. Learn more about the recycling event by calling Selina Petersen at 394-1011.
