The Girl Scouts of Troop 53066, in Issaquah, have been selling cookies for several years. This summer, they planned to use some of the money they earned to go on a weekend trip. But together, they talked about it and decided that it would be better to donate that travel money to the Red Cross to help the community of Oso after its deadly mudslide. Here, Ashley, Peri, Stacia, Sarah, Nicole and Katie present a check for $1,000 to Dawn Angelo, regional CEO, American Red Cross of Western Washington.
