Celebrating 75 years

The Friends of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery hosts an open house in celebration of the hatchery’s 75th anniversary from noon to 4 p.m. April 22. Guests include Mayor Ava Frisinger and U.S. Rep. Dave Reichert. Events include a habitat hike, hatchery tour, scavenger hunt, fence art, trout feeding, demonstrations by the Snoqualmie Nation and much more.

All in for eggs

The Sammamish Family YMCA presents Eggstravaganza from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 7 at 4221 228th Ave. S.E., Sammamish. Events include an egg hunt, carnival booths, bounce houses, putt-putt mini golf and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. A shuttle bus will run from Discovery Elementary School, 2300 228th Ave. S.E., where there will be additional parking.

The final DownTown Issa-quah Wine Walk of the season is from 5-6 p.m. April 6 at various locations including Confetti Cupcakes, Village Theatre, artbyfire, Illuminate, Museo Art Academy, artEAST Art Center and Thrive.
