The bride is the daughter of Dan and Sharla Wyland, of Tualatin, Ore. She is a 2005 graduate of Tualatin High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture in 2010. Kelly works as a finance director at Soleyon Insurance.
The groom is the son of Mark and Caryn Matusiefsky, of Sammamish. He graduated from Issaquah High School in 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration in 2009. He works as a marketing manager at T-Mobile.

Kelly Ann McManus and Noah Martin Schaffer, both of New York City, were married Oct. 6, 2012, at the Tribeca Grill, in New York City.

The bride, the daughter of Rich and Karen McManus, of Issaquah, is a 2004 graduate of Issaquah High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2008 from Western Washington University. She is currently a student at Hunter College School of Social Work.
The groom is the son of Eric and Gretchen Schaffer, of Pondicherry, India, and Fairfield, Iowa, respectively. He is a 2000 graduate of Willistone Northhampton High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Iowa in 2005, and master’s and doctorate degrees in usability in 2009 from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He works at Human Factors International.
The couple honeymooned in Barbados.

On Aug. 10, 2012, a lovely wedding took place at Fort Worden, in Port Townsend, uniting Lauren Carter and Matt Fruge’. A reception followed at the USO hall.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Teri Carter, of Ferndale. The maid of honor was Jenny Ringwood. The bridesmaids were Beth Tonachel, Alissa Mead and Rachel Edelstein. The bridesman was her brother, Troy Carter.
The groom is the son of Dwight and Linda Fruge’, of Issaquah. The best man was Ross Kristof. The groomsmen were brothers Martin and Adam Fruge’ and good friends Chris Homanics and Jeff Linder.
Matt and Lauren honeymooned in Italy. They also enjoyed a 12-day cruise to Greece, Turkey, Croatia and Montenegro.
