William (Bill) Willard Sr., of Issaquah, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012. He was 94 years of age.
Mr. Willard was born Jan. 23, 1918, in Seattle, the son of William and Margaret Willard. He was raised in Seattle and moved to Issaquah with his wife Peggy in 1940. After his early working years as a butcher, he joined Sunde & d’Evers, Seattle ship chandlers as a buyer.
