Bill was born in Yuma, Ariz., and peacefully passed away Dec. 2, 2012, at his Bellevue residence, surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Grace Payne and son Jimmy.
Bill enjoyed all sports. He made several trips to Alaska for sport fishing, which was later replaced by watching his grandchildren play sports. Bill cheered them on enthusiastically! He also had a passion for the Mariners. He enjoyed watching them on TV, but especially enjoyed going to Safeco Field with his good friend Dorothy, whom he loved dearly.
